Shipping, Returns & FAQs

How fast do orders ship?
Standard shipping is available throughout the 48 contiguous United States, and orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Delivery by UPS or FedEx typically takes 1–5 business days within the continental U.S. For Hawaii and Alaska, we recommend 2-Day Air. If an item is on back order, we'll notify you by email or phone with an expected delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping times may be affected by weather or other circumstances outside our control.
What is your return policy?
As of 2021, returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you'd like to exchange an item instead, reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
Are there any items that can't be discounted with a coupon?
A few. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some new items from major brands can't be discounted. Balls are not eligible for coupon discounts, and custom items are not eligible — though if you contact us on a custom order, we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can you help outfit my team or league?
Absolutely. We've been outfitting players, teams, and leagues since 1958. Send us a message with what you need and we'll help with selection and bulk orders.
Can I get my glove broken in or engraved?
Yes. Our DR3k Glove Pounding Machine can get your glove game-ready in as little as a day, and we offer custom engraving and expert glove repair right here in San Diego. Ask us when you order.
